Free Webinar Training - For NSW Councils

ProLead Plus has expertise in a number of Local Government Management practices related to Councils in Australia and is willing to share this on webinars for those interested in attending these virtual training.

Over the years ProLead Plus has undertaken a number of live training events attended by staff from several Councils, now we are offering virtual training and ProLead Plus is setup to run training via Webinars.

The webinars will be presented by Arvind Lal who has worked in Councils for over 15 years in various capacities including managing several multi million dollar Tender Process and Contracts. He has also managed a number of multi disciplinary teams in Councils and has worked very closely with Mayor, Councillors and the Community to deliver projects for Councils.

Now as a Consultant, Arvind has been assisting Councils with their Procurement Processes, Tendering and Negotiations for large infrastructure and Service Contracts and also assisting them with Strategies and Policies through consulting services and training.
